Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do with InboxReady. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

1. Lawful, authorised use

You may connect only mailboxes, domains and credentials that you are authorised to use. You must comply with applicable anti-spam, privacy, data-protection and marketing-consent laws, along with the policies of the providers that host your mailboxes.

2. Prohibited uses

You must not use InboxReady to:

• send unsolicited bulk email, spam, phishing or deceptive messages;
• harass, defraud, impersonate or harm a person or organisation;
• connect a mailbox, credential, token or domain without authorisation;
• circumvent plan limits, volume controls, rate limits or security controls;
• probe, scan, attack, reverse engineer, copy or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written permission;
• upload malware or unlawful, infringing or abusive material; or
• use the Service in a way that could damage the warmup network or cause mail infrastructure to be blocklisted.

3. Fair use & enforcement

We apply reasonable volume controls and may queue, throttle or pause warmup activity to protect users, mail providers and the Service. If we reasonably believe you breached this policy, we may warn you, limit or suspend activity, remove data or terminate access. We may cooperate with law enforcement where required.
