This Policy explains how Tvaram Private Limited processes personal data when you use InboxReady. It applies to our website, dashboard and mailbox warmup service.
1. Data we process
| Account data | Name, email address and account identifiers provided through sign-in. |
| Mailbox connection data | Mailbox addresses, provider details and the credentials or tokens needed to connect the mailbox you authorise. |
| Warmup data | Warmup-plan settings, operational message metadata, message content processed to perform warmup, and activity outcomes. |
| Billing data | Subscription and payment references from Razorpay. We do not store full payment-card or bank details. |
| Technical & support data | Log data, IP address, device and browser information, cookies, and messages you send to support. |
2. How we use data
We process this data to:
- provide, operate, secure and support InboxReady;
- connect authorised mailboxes and perform the warmup activity you configure;
- process subscriptions, payments and billing records;
- detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse and security incidents;
- improve the Service using aggregated or de-identified information where practical; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. Legal basis
Depending on applicable law, we process personal data to perform our contract with you, with your consent, for legitimate interests in running and securing the Service, and to meet legal obligations. You are responsible for ensuring that your connected mailbox and its contents may lawfully be processed through the Service.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers that help us operate InboxReady, such as authentication, payment, cloud, infrastructure and support providers, and with third parties where law requires it or where needed to protect the rights, safety and security of Tvaram, users and the public.
5. Retention & security
We keep data for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and protect the platform. We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, withdraw consent, object to certain processing, request portability or nominate another person to exercise rights on your behalf. 7. International transfers, cookies & children
We are based in India and may process data in other countries through our service providers. We use essential cookies and similar technologies to sign you in, secure the Service and remember preferences. InboxReady is not intended for people under 18.
