Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and Tvaram Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office in Bengaluru, Karnataka. They govern your use of InboxReady, including its website, dashboard and mailbox warmup service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you use InboxReady for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind that organisation. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping account credentials, connected-mailbox credentials and access tokens confidential.

2. The Service

InboxReady helps you establish and maintain sender reputation through controlled warmup activity on mailboxes you connect to the Service. The Service may send, receive, open, reply to, label or otherwise process warmup messages as needed to run the plan you configure. You must only connect mailboxes and domains you are authorised to use.

Mail providers independently control delivery, spam classification and account access. We do not guarantee any inbox-placement rate, sending reputation, account outcome or availability of a third-party provider.

3. Plans, pricing & payment

InboxReady offers a free plan and paid subscriptions. Current plan limits and prices are shown in the dashboard before you subscribe. Paid subscriptions are processed by Razorpay. Prices, taxes and billing currency are shown at checkout and may change prospectively.

You authorise the recurring charges associated with the plan you select until you cancel it. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. We may suspend paid features when a payment fails or a subscription is no longer active.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the mailboxes, domains, messages and other data you submit or connect. You must have a lawful basis to process personal data through InboxReady and comply with applicable anti-spam, privacy, marketing-consent and data-protection laws. You must not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email or to bypass a mail provider's rules.

5. Acceptable use

You may use InboxReady only in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may impose reasonable limits, pause activity or suspend access to protect the Service, mail providers and other users.

6. Intellectual property

InboxReady, its software, documentation, branding and content are owned by Tvaram or its licensors. During your subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of your data and grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service.

7. Availability, suspension & termination

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, modify, suspend or discontinue features. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or create a security, legal or operational risk.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

InboxReady is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and any warranty about email deliverability outcomes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Tvaram's total aggregate liability arising from the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for InboxReady in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

10. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
